The Norwegian Bakery is an Artisan Baking School that specialises in teaching Sourdough and Norwegian bread baking. It is situated in a beautiful period house full of authentic character. Our evening bread baking classes take place at nearby Terroir Tapas, an eco-aware tapas bar with a wood burning oven. Both locations are within a five minutes’ walk from the stunning sandy beaches of Southbourne, only a ten minute drive from the beach resort of Bournemouth and a stone’s throw from Dorset’s unique Jurassic Coast and the New Forest National Park.
We will teach you the magical baking process from the time the ingredients are combined until fragrant, finished loaves are pulled from the oven.
